High Chief Lawrence Mbah Nulife is offering **₦500,000** to anyone who can provide verifiable evidence — with clear pictures and videos — of projects executed in Abia State that are collectively worth this ₦600 billion total.
He argues that, despite the huge figures, tangible development on the ground does not appear to match the scale of spending, and that Abia State deserves better accountability.
